I Want to Eat Your Pancreas (Kimi no suizô o tabetai)

It was spring.

It was April and sakura was in bloom.

The main character is a high school student who has no interest in other humans and prefers reading books in solitude. One day he finds a weird book at a hospital waiting room. It turns out to be a diary of his extremely popular classmate, Yamaguchi Sakura. Because he has already looked inside, Sakura confesses to him that she is terminally ill and will die soon.

Until that moment she could never tell it to anyone except for her family and her doctors.

Sakura does her best to enjoy her everyday life doing things that make her happy. Observing her passion for life, the main character notices that he himself is becoming a different human being.
