Playwright, novelist, literary critic Darryl Pinckney will hold an open lecture on script writing.
The author of the novel High Cotton (1992) and a number of research works on African American literature (Sold and Gone: African American Literature and U.S. Society,2001; Out There: Mavericks of Black Literature, 2002; Blackballed: The Black Vote and US Democracy, 2014 etc.), Pinckney will unlock the secrets of mastery and his own experience, will tell about dramatic composition and algorithm for creating a good plot.
