To the question “where or in what circumstances do you feel that your actions or expressing your opinions are frustrated?” the inmates of the open prison in Bari answered – in the hall. During a wedding reception the defects and hypocrisy of the Italian family emerge. It is all an act, in which the bridegroom has to be polite to everyone, the bride has to smile, the parents are happy and the relatives have to shower the couple with best wishes and compliments. In the shadow of all this play-acting, other stories are being played out dealing with love, debt, envy and jealousy.
