Николай Ляшенко

Born in Moscow in 1973. In 1996, he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Architecture (MARCHI). He worked as a leading architect at BRAUN & SCHLOCKERMANN UND KOEHLER (1996–2000) and as head of the creative department at KOEHLER.ARCHITEKTEN BDA (2000-2004). Co-founder of the German-Austrian architectural and engineering holding ATP-TLP (Moscow).

Since 2004, together with Alexander Tsimailo, he has been running the architectural bureau "Tsimailo Lyashenko and Partners."

Since 2011, he has been teaching at MARCHI at the Department of Residential Architecture. Permanent member of the jury of international and Russian architectural and urban planning competitions, as well as the Youth Biennale in Kazan. Since 2019, he has been a member of the MARCH advisors.

Among his realized projects: the club houses Brodsky, Forum, "Kutuzovsky XXII" and Lumin, the Stone Towers office quarter, the reconstruction projects Bunin and Bolshaya Dmitrovka IX, the residential complexes "Park Rublevo", White Khamovniki, and Savvin.

Awards:
• The International Architecture Awards (2025) – the church project in Teriberka won in the "Religious Buildings" category, while the Forum, "Pyzhyovsky," and Life Time projects received honorable mentions.
• The Lumin club house received the Architizer A+A Award (2025) and was awarded the Moscow Architecture Prize (2021).
• The Brodsky club house won the annual "Best Implemented Project in the Field of Construction" competition in 2022 and was shortlisted for the World Architecture Festival (2019).
