Graduated from the faculty of philosophy in St. Petersburg (RGPU named after Herzen), studied as a clinical psychologist and sexologist at the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis and as a consultant psychologist at the Institute of Supervision and Group Therapy.

Works in CFT (third wave cognitive behavioral therapy), emotionally focused therapy and narrative practice.
