Theatre critic, journalist. Art director of the contemporary drama competition "Remark".
Ksenia was a member of the expert council of the national theatre award "Golden Mask". She worked on the jury of the festivals "Stanislavsky Factory", the Festival of Theatres of the Far East, BTK-fest and other theatre projects. She was among the selectors of the national festival "Musical Heart of the Theatre", the All-Russian Youth Theatre Festival named after V. Zolotukhin, "Comedy-fest" and others.
In different years, she worked as an expert of the Russian Culture Fund, an expert of the Pushkin Map, etc.
Member of the Union of Theatre Workers of the Russian Federation, member of the Academy of Contemporary Musical Theatre, laureate of the A.P. Svobodin Prize.
