Anna is a recent graduate theologian who are in search of a job. Anna is nothing more important than to have children, but even though she and her husband Frank have been trying for years, nothing has happened. When she is offered a temporary job as a priest at a women's prison, she sees no reason to say no. There she meets Kate, a woman under the other inmates, possesses supernatural powers. Anna discovers that she is pregnant and it is revealed that Kate carries a secret that may be fatal consequences for both of them.
